He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Webster and Mildred Virginia Fazenbaker (Beeman); his son Jerry Webster Fazenbaker; and his siblings, Charles David Fazenbaker and Evelyn Lukas.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Lenore Fazenbaker (Gregory); his sons, Clay Fazenbaker, Jr. (Rebekah) and Levi Fazenbaker (Lisa Leydig); his siblings, Webster Bradley Fazenbaker, Mary Fazenbaker, Susan Durst (Matthew) and Linda Fazenbaker (Robert Wilburn); his grandchildren, Devin, Rylan, Jensen, Cash, Levi and Chainer; and his stepgrandchildren, Aiden Leydig, Skylar Leydig and Emerald Fazenbaker.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (179 Miller St, Grantsville, MD 21536). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
