He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Knight (Taylor) and Preston Henry Knight; and his children, Carolyn Lynn Gordon and Timothy Lee Knight. He is survived by: his son Dale Robert Knight Sr. of Glen Burnie; and his sisters, Jeannie Bauer of Glen Burnie, Wanda Hart of Pasadena and Joy Hutchison of Cocoa Beach, Florida. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
