She is survived by: her stepfather Milton Keene; her husband Robert Pulley; her son Fred Jessee, Jr. of Catonsville; her stepsons, Michael Schwartz of Eldersburg, MD and Dennis Shannon of Pasadena, MD; her daughters, Pamela Wellein of Glenville, PA, Rhonda Garcia of Dundalk, MD and Lisa Espinosa of Virginia Beach, VA; her stepdaughters, Patricia Melby of Sacramento, CA, Sandra Schwartz of Gettysburg, PA, Susan Schwartz of Hagerstown, MD and Donna Jo Jones of Cambridge, MD; her sister Della Burnette of Moneta, VA; and her stepbrothers, Tommy Keene of Richlands, VA and Jack Keene of Chesterfield, VA.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren, two nieces and 3 nephews.
