He was predeceased by: his former wife Jeannette Bruns (Bihn); and his parents, Arthur F. Bruns and Dorothy L. Bruns (Hohlfelder). He is survived by: his wife Susanne Caviness; his children, Lynn King (Bruns), Lee Bruns and Lisa Nunley (Bruns); his children-in-law, Robert King, Kim Bruns (Bruorton) and William Nunley; and his siblings, Tony Bruns and Joyce Wahl (Bruns). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
