It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Peta Gayle Cappello (Glenn Dale, Maryland), who passed away at the age of 69, on January 29, 2025. As we bid Peta Gayle farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Peta Gayle is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Marcia Judges Frances Haig (Peter), Nicholas Holt (Max), Sheral Wright (Rob Meiring) and John Holt (Elizabeth); and her sisters-in-law, Anne Cappello (Larry Subia) and Patricia Cappello Janine (Larry Redmond). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great nieces great nephews and many God children.

A memorial service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St George's Episcopal Church (7010 Glenn Dale Rd, Glenn Dale, MD 20769).
