She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Bowman and Odell Bowman; her husband George A. Stewart; her close friend William E. Knupp; and her brother-in-law Billy Gainey.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack W. Stewart (Juliet), David M. Stewart (Mary) and Michael A. Stewart; and her sisters, Connie Gainey and Peggy Gainey (Jimmy). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
