She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lucille Johnson and D. C. As; her husband Tyrone Armstrong; her sons, Kevin L. Armstrong (Joyce) and Kurt Armstrong; her grandchildren, Jasmine D. Armstrong, Kevin L. Armstrong and Jada T. Armstrong; her cousins, Saundra Smith and Donna Sterling (Ted); and her friends, Althea "Pudden" of Washington and Patricia Williams.
