He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon W. Ward, Sr. and Ethel May Goble Ward; his son Frank W. Ward; and his granddaughter Melissa Listman-Ward. He is survived by: his significant other Ruby L. Frankheart Ward; his son John W. Ward of Glen Burnie; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Paul Listman-Ward, Jessica Leverage, Jennifer Galvin and Justin Ward.

Memorial contributions to Glen Burnie United Methodist Church will be appreciated by the family.
