In loving memory of Virginia Dooley in Glen Burnie, Maryland, born in Paramus, New Jersey, who departed this world on February 6, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Dooley; and her parents, Arthur Hoey Jr. and Dorothy Hoey. She is survived by: her sisters, Diana Barden and Beth Von Kauffmann; her children, Christopher Dooley, Shawn Dooley, Robert Dooley Jr., Dierdre Dwyer and Darren Dooley; and her children-in-law, Susan Dooley, Deborah Dooley, Katherine Dooley, Charles Dwyer and Kory Carroll. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home (421 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Bernadette Parish (801 Stevenson Rd, Severn, MD 21144). She later joined Long & Foster in Crofton, where she served as branch administrator until her unplanned retirement due to the pandemic in 2020.
