We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2019, at the age of 87, Thomas Edward Riggin (Glen Burnie, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Wendy Killian (John) of Pasadena, Kristin Fleckenstein (Tom) of Pasadena and Laura Reddish (Rod) of Arnold; his grandchildren, Brittany, Corinne, Brendan, Angelina, Lucy, Charlotte, Max, Lily and Chase; his great grandchildren, Jillian and Christopher; his former wife Barbara; and his siblings, Joseph Riggin and Mildred Scheydt (Midge). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
