He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Somers; and his brother Michael Somers. He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Somers, Diana Somers and Heaven; his mother Mary Quade (Pasadena); and his siblings, Susan Thomas (Georgia), Tisa Cullum (SC) and Robert Somers (Wis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
