He is survived by: his mother Janet Rose Pogar (Glen Burnie); and his siblings, Samuel Lloyd Pogar (Glen Burnie), Harold Lloyd (Hal), Daniel Phillip Pogar (Glen Burnie) and Janel Rose Pogar (Glen Burnie).
