It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandy Freeman Dugan (Glen Burnie, Maryland), who passed away on November 16, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her child Christie Hall; and her sisters, Alice Cashwell and Beth Hobbs. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local SPCA in Sandy's name.
