He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Short and Charles Short; and his brother Robert Short. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Short; his daughter Leigh Purper; his son-in-law Walter Purper III; his grandchildren, Walter Purper IV and Isabelle Purper; and his brother Dusty Short.
