We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2020, at the age of 97, Phyllis Praley of Glen Burnie, Maryland, born in Mineral, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward A. Praley, Sr.; and her children, Margaret Praley Helms and Rudolph "Rudy" Praley. She is survived by: her sons, James Praley of Annapolis, Edward Praley Jr. of Glen Burnie and Michael Praley of Severna Park. She is also survived by four daughters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Sidney Kimmel Cancer Foundation, Johns Hopkins Hospital, 525 N. Wolf St., Baltimore, MD 21001.
