She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Hernandez and Pattie Lou Hernandez; her husband John A. H. Andrews; her aunt Christean McCormick; and her nephew Ronald E. Hood.
She is survived by: her siblings, Angelia Alvarenga (Antonio), Joan Holston of Glen Burnie, Frank Albert (Anna), Samuel Hernandez of Baltimore, Timothy (Marla) and Richard Hernandez of Olympia, WA; her son Michael Patrick Murphy (Karen) of Erlanger, KY; her granddaughter Shelby Withers of Erlanger, KY; her aunt Hattie M. Barnes; and her uncle Henry "Buck" Bell (Shirley) of Lumberton, NC.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and church friends.
