She was predeceased by: her husband LeRoy F. Blades, Sr.; her children, LeRoy F. Baldes, Jr. and Janice M. Heying; and her great grandchild Jude Meneely. She is survived by: her daughter Pauline B. Blades of Annapolis, MD. She is also survived by five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
