It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Culp of Glen Burnie, Maryland, born in Bayard, West Virginia, who passed away on April 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Weasenforth and Elsie Weasenforth (Bonner). She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Bud" Culp; her daughter Janet Tyson Culp; and her grandson Charlie Tyson. She is also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
