She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Handy; her parents, Victor Walter Hamel and Lillian May Hargreaves; and her siblings, Victor Walter, Jr., Jeannette Schaff and Geraldine Bennett.
She is survived by: her sister Sharon Quincy; her sons, James (Susan) and Victor (Susan); her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Susan), Matthew (Stephanie), Elizabeth (Scott), Steven and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas, Joshua, Hunter, Julian, Victoria and Charlotte.
