He is survived by: his spouse Leslie K. Neighoff; his stepdaughters, Laura Green, Christine and Jennifer Fleishell; his parents, Beverly M. and Eugene C. Neighoff, Sr.; his siblings, Beverly Weckesser, Patricia Mann, Gene and James "Jimmy" Neighoff; and his nieces, Jennifer Giron, Jessica Weckesser and Shelley Neighoff.
