She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dowling and Opal Dowling; her siblings, Clare and William Dowling; her niece Heather "Storm" Dowling; and her brother-in-law James Piatt.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Piatt; her niece April Watt; her nephew Micheal Dowling; and her uncle Les Dowling. She is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews.
As Kay was never married or had children her love was animals and her family ask in lieu of flowers please make a donation in her name to a animal shelter of your choice.
