She is survived by: her sons, Brandon Rice (Michele) of Orlando, FL and Christopher Rice (Stacey) of Davidsonville; her siblings, William, Terry Bowman of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Cheryl Milsap of Stevensville and Ginny Shipley of Westminster; and her grandchildren, Austin, Andrew, Hannah, Jackson and Ella Rice.
