She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Benjamin and Bessie Mae Loney Simmont; her husband Hensel Dennis, Jr.; her son Brian F. Dennis; and her siblings, Donald Simmont and Bessie Mae Klingmeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Hensel Dennis, 3rd of Eden, MD, Michael J. Dennis of Brooklyn Park, Sharon J. Haddaway of Baltimore and Cathy D. Lane of Brooklyn Park; and her brother Ronald F. Simmont, Sr. of Ferndale. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
