It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Paul Russell of Glen Burnie, Maryland, born in Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Russell and Mary Ellen Russell (Hedger); and his brother William Thomas Russell, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Charles E. Russell of Clearwater, FL.

In lieu of flowers the family requests you go to a local restaurant for a meal and generously tip your server.
