He was predeceased by: his father Howard Frank Lastner; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Knapp (Philip); his children, Hailey Lastner and Jonathan Rosado; his brothers, Matthew and Adam Lastner; and his close friends, Dave Herron and Robert Pasik.
