She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Carter and Geneva Carter; her sister Yvonne Carle; and her stepson William Sank. She is survived by: her significant other William Sank; her stepson James Sank; her sister Gwen Coburn; her niece Charlene Backoff (Michael); and her nephew Frank Coburn (Angie). She is also survived by three Loving Great-Nieces; and two Great Great Nephews and Six Great Great Nieces.
