She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Savoy; her parent Cecelia Allsup (Harris); and her sister Shelia Stansbury. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Owens (Robert); her children-in-law, Shannon Savoy and Depree Savoy (Telia); her siblings, Cynthia Isaacs, Warren Isaacs, Arthur Slade (Lisa) and Russell Slade (Latasha); her grandchildren, Damien Wallace (Aquavia), Kyris Randall, Chris Curtis, Kayla Joseph (Brandon), EJ Wallace and Robert Owens Jr.; her great grandchildren, Da'Myra, Kyren, Damien Jr., Damiren, Myles, Rory and Brayden; her close friends, Faye Boyd and Kevin Johnson; her godchildren, Arthur Slade Jr. and Kalese Slade; and her nephew Reginald King. She is also survived by other nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reese & Sons Mortuary (1922 Forest Dr, Annapolis, MD 21401). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
