He was predeceased by: his wife Edna M. Caulfield; his daughter Donna Greaver; and his sister Anna Bliven. He is survived by: his son Howard D. Caulfield Jr.; his siblings, Frances Carter, Nancy Murray and Gene R. Caulfield; his grandchildren, Brian Greaver Sr., Kelly Schnars, Tracy Dunheimer and Lisa Owens; and his great grandchildren, Brian Jr., Sarah, Zachary, Troy Jr., Katelyn, Alexander, Tyler and Taylor. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
