We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2019, at the age of 85, Gene R. Pearson (Glen Burnie, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas Pearson and Elizabeth Affeldt Nevaker; his sons, Gary Pearson and Gene R. Pearson, Jr.; his grandson Maxwell Pearson; and his brother Dave Pearson.

He is survived by: his wife Carrie B. Pearson of Millersville; his children, Charlene Barone (Jim) of Millersville and Ritchie Pearson of Millersville; his siblings, Bob Affeldt of West Virginia, Don Nevaker of Millersville, Lillian Shanahan of Sykesville, Esther Thorpe and Janice Hoobler of Baltimore; and his grandsons, James (Donya) and Jason Barone.
