Derby (Glen Burnie, Maryland), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 27, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband David; her daughter Daniela; her son-in-law Tim Fuller of Chapin; her grandchildren, Sara Emily Fuller of Chapin and Benjamin L. Fuller of Chapin; her brother Bennett D.; her sister-in-law Ada Fultz of Sun City, Florida; her sister Bonnie Louise; and her brother-in-law Ron Garland of Winchester, Kentucky. She is also survived by one nephew and several nieces.
