Though Debra may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Debra touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean D. Millsap, and Fred N. Millsap, Jr.; and her grandparents, Josephine, Fred N. Millsap, Sr., Lucille and Perry Prescott.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Milstead (Carrie) of McKinney, Texas and Melissa Milstead of Annapolis, Virginia. She is also survived by her step-children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated for St. Jude, a cause that Dee and Marc championed, and to Hospice of the Chesapeake which cared lovingly for Dee.
