Dowell (Heather); her stepdaughter Tina Seagraves (Wayne); her grandsons, Bryan Wilson Jr., Austin Hare and Ethan Dowell; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Smith and Joanna Grimmitt; and her siblings, Thomas Jenkins and Darlene Snyder. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
