He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Lake; his children, Michelle McCorkle (Christopher), Kathy Lake, Sherry Scarborough-Raitt (Stephen) and Lisa Kastina (Jason); his siblings, Mary Lake, Jon Lake (Deb) and Martha Lake; his grandchildren, Christopher, Gannon, Kathleen, Matthew, Nicholas (Rachel), Alison, Brooke, Quentin, Jacob and Madalynn; and his great grandchildren, Elliott and Harlow.
