We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2019, at the age of 86, Chester Cegielski (Glen Burnie, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his great-niece Devin Dominick; his significant other Elaine Quaglietta; his siblings, Teddy, Walter and Mildred; his parents, John and Bertha; his sister Florence Heiser of Ferndale; his nephews, Jack Cegielski, Francis Kacilowicz of Shenandoah, PA and John Heiser of Glen Burnie, MD.; and his niece Michele Heiser of Pasadena, MD.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, Lighthouse Church or the SPCA.
