He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Marie Weaver (Roelle) and Jerome Antony Weaver; and his brother Raymond Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Alice Jo Albina Weaver (Resler); his children, Victoria Ivicek (John, Jr.) and David Weaver (Tina Truong); his siblings, Tom Weaver, Dennis Weaver, Margaret Knudson (Jim), Dolores Kelley and Lisa Cooper; and his sister-in-law Kathy Weaver.
