He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Anthony (Allen Anthony) and Charles Burr, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Beverly Bafford; his brother-in-law Ted Bafford; his nephews, Doug and Eric; his aunts, Susan Smith, Carol Smith and Sharon; his uncle Jim Pry; and his half-siblings, Steve Burr and Shirley Williams.
