He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Annabelle Dougherty and S. Marine Corps; his daughter Joyce Phillips; his wife Lois Dougherty; his daughter Linda Kramer (Frank) of Crofton, MD; and his grandchildren, Wendy Sherman (Rob), Jeff Kramer (Carrie), Greg Novak (Susan), Michael Corder (Ashlee) and Samantha Phillips. He was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren.
