It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Frederick Baer (Glen Burnie, Maryland), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Alva and Myrtle Minnie Baer (Robinson); his siblings, Donald Baer, Delores Tincher, Anita Cugle, Darrell Baer and Mary Melinda Holley; his siblings-in-law, Linda Thompson, Charles Thompson and David Herold; and his sons, Carl Honeycutt (Butch) and William Hatheway.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Baer (Herold) of Glen Burnie; his children, Malinda Hickey (Dana) of Windsor Mill, Mark Baer (Shelley) of Glen Burnie, Tina Herold-Byrd (Paul) of Laurel and Eileen Hatheway of Glen Burnie; his siblings, Douglas Baer (Shirley) of Glen Burnie and Patricia McGuire (Curtis) of Brooklyn Park; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Herold of Baltimore and Larry Herold of Lewes, DE. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
