He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Henri Thomas and Amelia Darchicourt Thomas; and his siblings, Joseph L. Thomas, Eugene Thomas, Jr. and Janet Thomas Currey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Ann Walters (Jack Walters) and Lisa May Cole (Michael Cole); his sister Clara Thomas Lang Sherlock; his grandchildren, Brandon Walters (Jenny Walters), Katharine Newhard (Joshua Newhard), Bryanna Cole and Alexander Cole; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Walters, Cora Newhard and Nicholas Steinruck. He is also survived by several stepchildren, step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
With limitations made to funeral practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all guests are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing per current public health guidelines.
