Mayhew, Jr. (Kay), Maureen Mayhew, Mary Ellen Miller (Bob), Gail Johnson (Doug), Theresa, Epagnier (John), Michael J. Mayhew (Chrissy), Elizabeth Eicholz (Chuck) and T. Christopher Mayhew (Moira); and his siblings-in-law, Penny Mallory (Doug) and Louie Grant (Kathy). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
