She was predeceased by: her husband Luther L. Ramsey; her daughter Cheryl; and her granddaughter Julie Marie. She is survived by: her children, Clifford (Tina Ramsey) and Deborah (AJ Forst); her grandchildren, Laura, Kaitlyn, Drew, Jillian, Rebecca and Emily; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah and Matthew.
Her life will be celebrated at Knox Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 410 Granville Drive Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Montgomery Hospice, 1355 Piccard Drive#100, Rockville, MD.
