She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Leitch. She is survived by: her daughters, Krista Leitch Walker (Steve), Erika Edgar (Brad) and Naja Frelich (Daryl); and her brother John Daniel Aide of Prattville. She is also survived by her 9 grand-children, and 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to the Maryland School for the Deaf Foundation, P.O. Box 636,.
