She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hastings Sr. and Grace Lagomarsino; her former husband Henry Borgen; her brother Paul Hastings Jr.; and her son-in-law Richard Gonsalves.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Meushaw; her children, Brian Meushaw, Tamara Medina (Clarence Tombo), Mark Borgen (Michelle Borgen) and Gloria Gonsalves; her grandchildren, Evan Medina, Charlee Borgen, Henryk Borgen, Walter Borgen and Sarah Hess; and her sisters, Carole Sydnor, Joan Harley and Grace Tonstad. She is also survived by brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Janice's former church home, Seneca Creek Community Church.
