He was predeceased by: his parents, Gean Griffin and Kathyrine Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Griffin of Clarksburg, MD; his daughters, Suzanne Griffin of Clarksburg, MD, Sandra Wilson of Godfrey, IL and Pamela Jones (William) of Clarksburg, MD.; his grandchildren, Danielle, Jessica, Will and Jonathon; his great grandchildren, Wally, Lucy and Mary Jane; and his siblings, Diane Brewer (Glenn) of Pryor, OK and Michael Griffin (Laura) of Fenton, MO..

There will be a celebration of life in St. Louis later this summer when COVID allows for safe travel.

Even during his suffering with Parkinson's, he always wanted to "fix" the problem.
