Frances J. Vaughan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances J. Vaughan of Germantown, Maryland, born in Dickerson, Maryland, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood T. Jones and Frances L. Jones; and her husband Henry C. Vaughan. She is survived by: her children, Janet Crown (David) of Fort Saint Joe, FL, Betty Smith (Robert) of Point, Calvin Vaughan (Stacey) of Adamstown, MD and James Vaughan (Lucia) of Ribera, NM.. She is also survived by Eleven Grandchildren, Eighteen Great Grandchildren, and Three Great Great Grandchildren.
Beside working outside the home, Frances volunteered at Neelsville Presbyterian Church with their clothes donation program, she also was a leader of the Clarksburg 4-H Club for countless years.
