He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Neal and Vera Jane Neal. He is survived by: his son Gary Neal (Sheila) of Cudjoe Key, FL; his wife Helen Smiy Neal; his siblings, Priscilla Neal of Madison, PA, Earl Neal (Donna) of Madison, PA and Donald Neal (Sharon) of Melbourne, FL; his son Robert Neal (Andrea) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Amber Neal and Matthew Neal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
