With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eda Effross of Germantown, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Eda left this world on April 3, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the sacred silence of farewell, Eda is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband Irving; and her children, Maralyn and Jay. She is survived by: her son Andrew; her daughter-in-law Hope of Gaithersburg, MD; her granddaughters, Reese and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Gwinneth and Baker.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Laurelwood Cemetery (901 Bryant St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360).
