He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emmet [Rice] and Estelle Camper Rice. He is survived by: his siblings, James, Alice, John and Fannye; his wife Cornell; his sister Flora Ruth Rice Lockley; his children, Alice Renee Frimmer, Michelle Rice and Corey Rice; his grandchildren, Christopher Preyor, Nasir Preyor and Cora Rice; and his great grandchildren, Zari Preyor and Morgan Preyor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
