Cassidy of Germantown, Maryland, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. and Mary E. Cotney. She is survived by: her husband Joseph F. Cassidy, Jr.; her children, Katherine Cassidy of Clarksburg and Joseph F. Cassidy, III (Libby) of Clarksburg; her granddaughter Molly Ridgway; and her sister Maryann Dowey of Raleigh. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
