She was predeceased by: her mother Day. She is survived by: her great grandchild Linden; her husband Robert L. Lambie; her daughter Lauren; her son-in-law Richard Tharp; and her grandchildren, Tom, Andy and Miranda.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to UCC of Seneca Valley or World Center Kitchen in honor of Carolyn.
